紅茶、コーヒー、日本茶・・・どれも好きですが一番好きなのはコーヒーでした。

紅茶には高知のあわせしょうがをスプーン一杯足しています。天然生活で紹介されているのを見て知っていたので、夏休み中に四国旅行（旅行記まだ書いてない・・・）へ行ったとき、たまたま見つけて買いました。料理にばかり使っていたのですが、身体を温めるにはしょうが汁がいいと聞いたので紅茶にも入れてみました。それがおいしくって！ハマりました。飲んでスグに身体がポーっ暖まります。料理に使ってもおいしいし、なくなったらお取り寄せ決定アイテムです。友達が卵安かったからあげる！と言って卵１パックくれました。その卵で久しぶりに「し父音南蛮菓子」（←武士語笑）作ってお持たせしました。型出し失敗。
